My best friend’s wedding

My best friend Allison got married this Saturday in Seattle! (that’s where she lives). Her sister Stephanie, my other BFF Karen, and myself were all her bridesmaids. Of course, since we’re all married, that made us bridesmatrons.

I had never met Tony before, but he seems really sweet and definitely funny. I think he and Jon could get along well and have some fun geeky speak.

God is so awesome. It really is amazing how He has brought so many of my growing-up-friends an amazing husband who is such a good fit for each one of us. Thinking about it that day, I couldn’t help but cry as I watched my buddy Allison enter the adventure that is marriage. She’s in for quite the ride! I am at a loss for words to describe the feeling of watching a lifelong friend enter into such a blessed life. She deserves every bit of it.
